We bought and are renovating an apartment in Milan We bought and are renovating an apartment in Milan!

I never thought I’d go through a home renovation in Italy; it’s been a process! We had a lot of “behind the scenes” work going on: plumbing, electricity, and other little problems that have now been resolved! (I hope). 😅

Next step will be getting the walls plastered to look like actual walls and installing the AC unit!

Have you had experience with a renovation in Italy?? I’m very impressed with our construction company so far. Let’s see how this continues!

This was genuinely one of the COOLEST wine tasting This was genuinely one of the COOLEST wine tasting experiences in Tuscany. Head a little off the beaten path and visit Sovana, a small medieval town in Tuscany. Here you’ll find @cantina_lascesa - a small winery created by a group of friends passionate for wine.

The wine itself is delicious but one of the coolest parts is that you’ll be tasting it in an Etruscan cave! You can reach out to them through their Instagram page to book a tasting or ask any questions.

I HIGHLY recommend visiting here - it’s as authentic and unique as it gets! 🍷

I’m an American who had been living in Italy for 3 I’m an American who had been living in Italy for 3 years. One of the biggest hurdles of life in Italy is the VERY FUN BUREAUCRATIC TASKS.

I knew Italy was truly magical when I realized every time I completed one task, 3 more new tasks magically appeared that needed to get done! 😂 Jokes aside, I LOVE Italy but navigating the system as a foreigner can be tough.

Here are some of my rankings on how easy or hard tasks after I moved to Italy were. Do you agree?? Keep in mind, this process can completelyyyy differ based on where you are based or even the person helping you that day. 🙃

By now anyone who has followed me for a while know By now anyone who has followed me for a while knows how much I love to visit Madonna di Campiglio. Whether you’re coming in winter or summer, there is so much to explore while surrounded by the Dolomites. 🏔️

But, after all that exploration in nature, you’re bound to build up an appetite. That is why you must visit @stubehermitage located at @biohotelhermitage. The entire restaurant only has a handful of tables, so you’re guaranteed a special, intimate, and VERY yummy meal.

📌 Save this for your next Madonna di Campiglio trip!
